Satoshi Saito
CEO and Founder
For about 34 years, Satoshi has a wealth of international experience at an international company, including working at the US headquarters.
He put a lot of effort into development of young talents at the company.
This experience made him keenly aware of the importance of education from early childhood. He came up with the idea of establishing an ideal place for preschool and elementary school-age education, and established this school with his daughter, Akira Saito.
Akira Saito
President and Principal
Akira is a former international school teacher.
She holds a teacher's license at kindergarten, nursery school, and elementary school and spent childhood in the United States.
After graduating from Tokyo Metropolitan Kokusai High School, she majored in early childhood education at the Department of Early Childhood Education at Musashino University.
Fieka Yusr
English Teacher
She has extensive experience as an English teacher. He majored in Communication at Putra Malaysia University*, a renowned national university in Malaysia. (*World rank 123rd in the 2023 edition of the World University Rankings published annually by QS. In the same ranking, Keio University is ranked 197th and Waseda University 205th.) He holds a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language: a certification for teaching English to non-native speakers of English).
Toufik Boulemkahel
English Teacher
Originally from Canada, Toufik is a passionate language teacher with a Bachelor's degree in English Language teaching (ELT). Back in Canada, he taught English and French to adults learners of different cultural backgrounds at a well-establish language school known for its excellence in language education. Driven by the desire to explore education in different cultural contexts, he moved to Japan and has since worked in various public schools as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT). He also served as a Homeroom Teacher and English instructor at an international school in Japan, where he was responsible for both academic instruction and pastoral care. His teaching philosophy is grounded in creating inclusive, interactive, and student-centered learning experiences that foster confidence, communication and curiosity in every learner.
